Visit the rose village Seppenrade
Under the honorary leadership of the local history society
The pretty mountain village of Seppenrade is situated on a hill in the middle of the park landscape of the Münsterland.
The village is justifiably proud of its designation as the third rose village in the Federal Republic of Germany by the Verein Deutscher Rosenfreunde (German Rose Friends Association) in 1972. The reason for this was the 13,000 square meter rose garden with over 10,000 roses in about 500 different species.
